Technician Assistants are responsible for a variety of support functions in the hospital, both in client care and in-patient care, including walking patients, clean and prepare kennels for patients and provide food and water based on prescribed treatment plans, restocking medical supplies, laundry, and general hospital cleaning. Once trained the TA assists the doctors and nursing staff with patient restraint and taking radiographs, placing IV catheters and blood draws. As needed, assistants answer the phone, greet clients at the front desk, obtain an initial patient history in order to triage and determine severity of illness upon arrival to the hospital. We are hiring assistants for the following emergency shifts; Monday – Wednesday 11 pm – 7 am. Additional shifts can be added to accommodate a full-time schedule.

To meet our growth, we are adding a full-time week day technician to our Internal Medicine department.
